AUTUMN BOOTH

So, I love being able to buy and refinish antiques and unique furniture, but there is no way that I can keep it all. With The Cottage Shoppe, located inside The Unique Boutique I am able to find treasures and give them loving new homes. I get to shop ALL the time, yet I don't feel bad about it because it's literally my job.

As you can see I take my shopping job VERY seriously. I am a little overstocked right now, but everything is tucked in nice and cozy.

Get ready for a little bit of a picture overload. I can't help it. We spent hours rearranging and tidying up. It's surprisingly difficult to find a spot for this much stuff!

This is the corner I'm most proud of. Mom, who helped me a ton yesterday, suggested we move both hutches together. It looks so good to have all of the country stuff together.

I just love these little guys. I almost kept them, but my shelves are already overflowing with knick knacks!

Mom helped me stage this lovely little hutch. Country red, rooster-y, farm-y stuff really isn't my style, but it's growing on me a bit.

Oh my goodness, that's a lot of stuff!

Oh, and among all of the madness of moving things, I took the time to sit down and knot some bundles of cinnamon together. In Florida, we don't actually get a Fall, but I can pretend. I can at least make everything smell like cinnamon and pumpkin pie!

This little coffee table is so cute with it's little lyre design. It's been here since Spring. It's just screaming "Take me home!"

I'm pretty proud of this little table. I traced and then hand painted the design taken from The Graphics Fairy.

Here is the vanity in all of its glory. I couldn't help but sneak into the shot like a fool. Despite showing how goofy I am, I love this big round mirror.

My helpful dad helped us screw the mirror back on. We girls can do anything, but he just got a new drill and wanted to take it for a test drive. I can't complain.

I went a little rustic and darker for some of my kitchen items, but I still have to make room for my rosy delicate teacups and vases.

Here is what you see as soon as you walk into my booth. It's pretty packed, but I love how it turned out. We had to rush home to make it in time to get settled in to watch the final episode of Breaking Bad last night. A busy day with a good ending.

  1. Hello, I was wondering if you still have the tall brown plant stand (yellow flowers in a silver pitcher on top) that I saw in a photo above? If you still have it, how much are you asking, please? I am in Stuart, FL

  2. So sorry, it's sold. But come stop by Junk Dog Salvage on Monterey road, we get different items in everyday.
